Access to 3 Livestreams per week. These sessions include guided meditation, kirtan and sacred teachings. All Live classes are streamed through Zoom.

Contemplative Tuesdays: 7:00am-7:40am - Guided Meditation
Thursday Wisdom: 7:30pm-8:15pm - Philosophy Teachings
Sacred Saturdays: 7:00am-7:45am - Sacred Teachings & Kirtan

We have two different levels of Live Sessions enrolment available. Simply select the study format that best suits your learning style, needs and time investment.
You will be emailed your password to access your members portal where you can access meeting details.
