Join us for our Autumn Sadhana Meditation with Swamiji in April! As we welcome the season of autumn/fall… darker mornings, cooler weather, indoor activities, and time for introspection… join us for 5 mornings in beautiful waterfront venue in Glenelg, Adelaide, South Australia.
Set a challenge for 5 consecutive mornings of meditation infused with wisdom by master teacher Swami Govindananda (Swamiji).
These morning sessions are set in the beautiful location just steps from the sand in a clean, cosy venue overlooking the beach. With the soothing sound of the waves, each session will begin with silent deep breathing. Swamiji will then guide you through a meditation practice infused with wisdom, each day building deeper into the practice and passing on techniques to use in your own personal practice. The sessions will also include some simple, soft kirtan meditation led by Carmen.

PLUS – each session will be followed by a nourishing vegan breakfast of either healthy smoothie bowls with your choice of toppings of home made toasted GF muesli, banana, berries, coconut, etc or warming chia, banana, sultana, cardamom GF oats. All containing vedic principles to encourage a balanced body and mind.
The repetition of this meditation will inspire discipline, strength, surrender and transformation.
